The clutch unit for my Mazda three was perfect, and the delivery was great sent to the post office for security. Well done
ordered a clutch from them in november, discovered in december when going to fit it was incorrect even though their website listed it as correct. they have said they will refund me and collect the clutch. its been 2 months and they have stopped replying to emails, never organised a courier or anything.
Worst clutch buying experience in my 25 plus years of being a mechanic. 2 weeks after handing over almost $2000 for a clutch and flywheel, I am still no closer to having to them delivered. They are unable to tell me when they will be sent and no longer reply to emails. Feels a lot like I have been scammed out of $2000.
