Called Hector needed an estimate on my truck, which was hit in my job parking lot by a coworker. Hector initially told me that he wouldn’t be able to do the estimate due to The fact that I basically didn’t have a claim number through insurance, I then explained to him my situation and understood his policies and ended my call with him.
