Was dubious about the service, only because I have never even sold vehicles to the dealerships in the past, I have always sold privately. Customer service, couldn’t have been better. From the initial quote, right up until the receptionist helped with an Uber ride, which was new to me. Sorry, I forget the young man’s name, but the associate I worked with was stellar. Never in my 45 years of driving, had I had such a fair and easy process. I HIGHLY recommend this service before trying to sell a car yourself.

Good Service, Good Cars, time perfect less than half an hour to receive the rentals I asked for, I used them twice and they are highly recommended if you want to rent a car in Markham area.

Absolutely outstanding customer service from this company. On Saturday December 30th, our church needed a van to pick up a large family in Vaughan. However, the only rental company answering my phone calls and attending our needs even after hours was Clutch Car Rentals! I will not lie, they live by their name, they were clutch! Their customer service agent, Agash, was more than helpful to our last moment needs to get a van for New Year's Eve. If you want a reliable car rental place, look no other place. Thank you.
