Julia was amazing to deal with. She made the whole experience seemless.Highly recommend dealing with her if you can. The vehicle was delivered by Gurman and he was great! He went over everything clearly. The whole experience buying a vehicle from Clutch was easy from start to finish. No pressure, hassle free and no pushy salesperson. This is my first Time using clutch and I had a very inconvenient and negative experience. First of all, on Monday, requested a pick up of my car but the driver said he has some issues and he can waive the $150 fee and send me home in an uber. So I agreed. When I arrived the driver plugged in the bogus OBD scanner and said there were two fault codes deleted 45km ago and that I will deduct $1000.
