I purchased a 2018 RAV4. I traded in a vehicle. The process was quite simple. The vehicle I received was true to all the photos I had seen online. The staff I dealt with were very professional and friendly. I would consider purchasing another vehicle from Clutch in the future.
They started off with harassing, inconvenient and non transparent practices to significantly reduce the price that they originally offered but came around when we gave them proof in our support after visiting multiple dealerships. We lost four hours of our day job because of that. All's well that ends well but yeah, it wasn't a smooth or fun experience.
Reserved my car on wednesday, got delivered friday! How easy is that? You just need driver’s license and proof of insurance uploaded to their website, then bank draft for payment upon delivery. Ryan who delivered the car is so nice and professional! Explained every details on the bill of purchase. Gave us ample time to check out the car and test drive it. Overall experience 10/10!
