They really need to improve online communication. It's a 1☆ Uncertain if it's a system glitch or inept employee's that answer your inquiry while gaming. Terrible. My online was unable to answer status & where the car was located. I asked 4 different times and got nonsense reply. I tried this 3 different days. I am ready for my trade & purchase but not lacking the confidence to move forward. Great idea, Great program but poorly executed
