Trying to get me approved by telling me that I have to purchase a gap loan is ridiculous, and they have told me this is the only way we can get you approved by paying 2100 dollars on top of finance amount!
We just sold our Yaris (2nd Car) through Brett to Clutch on Duke Street. What a great service! Brett was at all times pleasant and professional and easy to work with during the process of selling the car. I can't recommend this place enough, great people and great service. What's not to like?
The buying process of the vehicle was very smooth. There were no hidden charges which was great. However, there were multiple traps to get me upgraded from the basic package such as car pickup limited to the next business day itself. Nevertheless, I’d still give 5 stars for the smooth process of buying the car from start to finish including paperwork and price transparency.
Smooth and simple process. Lots of support to answer any questions. Before trading in your vehicle at a dealership sign up for a Clutch account and get a quote. I was shocked at the difference. They will definitely be my first stop for any future sales.
