Worst Car Buying Experience The website promised fast delivery, but the car came 3 weeks late. Our agent, Mr. Majedi, was rude and unprofessional — when we complained, he cancelled our reservation and stuck us with a $500 cancellation fee. We paid a mandatory $900 “detailing” fee and got a car delivered filthy — dirt, crumbs under the seats, old receipts, and streaky windows. Their “300-point inspection” is a joke.
