I called and talked to Mr. Spencer to schedule a time to bring in my truck to have the instrument cluster repaired. To my surprise, he said to come on over and he'd take care of right now...on a Saturday...at 3:30pm...wow! I told him I was on my way and it would take about 45 minutes to get there... I'm a few towns over. He said "come and we'll get it fixed up". So I jump in my old Chevy and get there, he comes out ready to work with a warm greeting and has everything repaired, cleaned to a factory shine, and put back in wit... read more
Great experience. Cluster was fix within about an hour, and works great. Service also came with warranty. Outstanding.
