I called the doctor’s office to schedule an appointment as a new patient and the front end receptionist who took the call seemed to be very unprofessional. She did not even greeted me and when I asked if the doctor is taking new patients she replied “ yes yes “ and nothing else. I had to just hang up. I was looking forward to see Dr. Cluny , but unfortunately other reviews were right about her office staff. The Dr. will end up with no patients if this norm continues.
Great individualized care. Friendly staff. What more can you ask for. Dr. Lefreve is the salt of the earth.
