My sister broke down just outside of Missoula after visiting me in central Montana. These guys towed her car and took great care of her! They communicated very well and gave her all the options. And not only did they stay late to make sure everything was squared away, they helped scrap the car and ensure that she got all her belongings. Glad I could count on them to take care of my family!
Where do I start? This place and the employees have helped me more times than I can count at this point. From Adahy and Zane being so generous and helpful every time I call, fitting me into their schedule as timely as possible and going above and beyond to do their absolute best and answering all of my millions of questions. AMAZING service with clear, consistent communication and no surprises along the way. They provided thorough documentation throughout the diagnosis and repair process (with photos), which gave me total confidence in their work. I wouldn’t trust any other shop in town! These guys are the real deal!
I was referred to Peak Auto Repair and am delighted that it happened. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The work that needed to be done was time sensitive and they worked with me to get it scheduled as soon as possible. Very positive experience beginning to end. Electronic invoices have good, detailed info as well.
