Extremely professional. Electrician appeared on time and completed the job quickly although there were complications. Very personable. The following day Lowe's installers failed to complete an appliance installation and blamed their failure on the electrical job. After one phone call the electrician reappeared and pointed out that the idiot installers had actually mis-installed the appliance.
