This property would be better off condemned! Someone, hurry, call the health department then contact someone to bring a straight jacket or two for the slum lords here! They must be insane to rent out any of their disgusting units. What I can't believe is that not one of these jack asses are not held accountable and the state of Arizona has amassed a slew of slum lords. I suggest AZ residents to move the hell out of state!
