I ordered for pick-up thru Uber Eats. One of the items I ordered was a family combo, when I got home I realized they gave me 5 soup instead of 4 hainam rice. I called and asked if they can deliver the missing items.. they say “no” and they told me to ask for a refund thru Uber Eats. This is a big order and they messed up. I now have to deal with Uber Eats representative. They don’t have a good customer service.

This was one of the most, if not the most, bland Hainan Chicken dishes I’ve come across. The chicken was lackluster. The ginger sauce helped a lot, but the chicken isn’t supposed to taste like straight boiled chicken. The rice was mediocre rice. It could have used some sauce as well, but I found myself eating the rice more than the chicken. Isn’t the rice that comes with Hainan chicken supposed to be full of flavor?
