Food was pretty great for the price. Our sever, Natasha in Fort Lauderdale was super friendly and had great customer service skills. The fries surprised me for actually being good. The atmosphere is a little dread but the food makes up for it.
The food was good! The sliders are huge and the loaded fries are also served in big portions. Natasha, our server, was very kind!
Natasha was very polite and helpful. W Natasha
Natasha’s customer service is amazing! Food was top notch stuff!
So as soon as we walked in the lady at the register looked at me and took a call on her phone and walked outside. I was waiting for a while until a guy from the back was like “what do you need” and I said to order my food he said “we you can do it on the iPad here”. I told him the lady didn’t even tell me that. I felt every out of place. Even if the food is good I don’t like the service I received I will not be back. Like Wow. 😮
