I bought a used ping 3 wood in good working condition in June. First time I hit it on the range the head club came off. It was past the 30 days because i had shoulder surgery and could not swing a club until August. I called them directly. The guy said, tough luck, I'll give you $10 off another club. Never buying anything from these guys again.
