UPDATE: I've been a member for over a year now and couldn't be happier! I started by going to classes twice per week, increased to three, and now attend four times per week. I just completed the VO2 max and RMR testing which indicated that my workouts have been paying off, far more than I expected. What's better than a confirmation that your investment is paying off?! I love working out at the Clubhouse with Coaches Marco, Katie and Matt. They are so knowledgeable and motivating. They give great attention to each member’s individual abilities throughout each group training session. The Clubhouse is always fresh, clean and welcoming, and I look forward to all the happy hour sessions I attend!
