Maria and Giovanni both walk the talk! Although I haven’t been to their new facility, I and my hubs have worked out with them for 20 years. Maria’s full on aerobic kickboxing class we became addicted to. My schedule was around these classes and no one , no one does a better class than Maria. I have been working out with Club Fit for several years and they are wonderful. I've maintained my weight and have gained lots of strength and stamina. Giovanni and Maria are tough but highly motivating trainers who are careful to not cause you any injuries.
I have been working out with Maria & Giovanni for over ten years. I have never been in better shape and it never gets boring. Because they do a full body workout, there's always some new movement, which always keeps it interesting. Because I'm a bit older and have arthritis, my doctor made it very clear to keep working out, as it's making a difference....full five stars!
Clean facility and professional trainers
Very clean and efficient, the owners are flexible and work well with making different schedules work. I have been coming for almost four years and won’t stop because it’s so worth it.
