Very bad service, the staff doesn't know how to treat the public
We hosted our son’s 6th birthday at Club Air last night. We’ve always been big fans of the space—it’s a great size for kids, well maintained, and our past experiences have been positive. The team was also very helpful and communicative throughout the planning process. While my son ultimately had a good birthday, the execution of the party itself was disappointing.
