I should not have to go through 8 steps just to cancel my membership. I also tried to downgrade my membership from the more expensive version to the $10 a month and I was told I would have to cancel my membership pay the initiation fee of $80 again, But when I upgraded it it took 3 minutes and they were happy to do so. Nice scam fellas
