I have never had a worse experience at a gym than at this one, and the story below is why. My friend had just gotten a basic membership here, and one night we wanted to go work out late when there wasn't a rush. He scanned us in a couple minutes after the staff had already left. Do not sign up for training here. It’s very expensive and they will lock you into a contract. If you want to get out they charge a 50% buyout fee. Trainers have a very high turnover rate and after a few months your original trainer will leave you.

It's really sad gyms in this area aren't ran like they use to. It's poor management 100%. This gym needs to implement rules on putting away equipment after someone has completely finished using it. It's sad coming in the gym first thing in the morning and seeing the gym like it was rat sack by idiots that have no common sense or curiosity and have equipment all over the floor and trash all over management has to do better.

The gym is very clean and safety is #1. I enjoyed everything except the sauna (Murphy location) is kept just warm (approximately 74 degree) not hot . So I stopped coming to the gym while my membership has been on for last 3 years. Overall the equipments are upto date except complain on the sauna. Now no time to come to the gym
