Very disappointed with Club4Fitness. I pay $30/month for Premium, and now part of the women’s workout area, including the weights, bikes, and stretching room, is suddenly locked requiring a Premium Plus membership. There was no proper notice about this change. If you’re going to take away access to equipment members have been using, the least you can do is communicate it beforehand. A lot of members are understandably upset.
This place stinks. STINKS. It has smelled horrible every time I’ve gone. I’d much rather go to the HWY 51 location. The women’s sauna…STINKS. Smells like sewer in there. I’ve brought it to their attention. I don’t think it’s been cleaned in months in there. There is proper cleaning and maintenance to be done in a sauna. I had a male employee walk in once while I was in the women’s locker room. No warning. Just walked right in. Thankfully I had clothes on. No one ever greets me when I walk in or walk out. It’s just gross.
