****Update: (2 months later) after posting this review I was contacted by the regional Manager Mike, he was very professional, empathetic, and very encouraging. It’s unfortunate he wasn’t my first encounter but thankful this was brought to his attention and hopefully resolved. My intentions were to come in and sign up but that immediately went left after a weird consolation with the manager Steven. A group consultation with two other people I didn’t know.
