I love this gym but part of me paying the higher membership is to be able to use the amenities when I come in early before the doors are unlocked before staff come in and the sauna never works around the 4-5am hour. I pay more to enjoy this type of amenities so I can go workout after but it’s disappointing for the last 2 weeks it’s never on.

It would be better if they offered family deals. I have a family of 5 and paying for 5 individual memberships is too pricey. For the price of you guys monthly fee I can pay for one month and get all 5 of us a monthly gym membership at the recreation center.

Gym itself is awesome. HOWEVER if you ever need to cancel for whatever reason they will throw you through SO MANY loops and you STILL won’t get to cancel it. I’m on my 3rd attempt to cancel my membership because they won’t send me the email to further my cancellation and the cancellation number they give will have you on hold for 20 minutes just for them to answer and tell you they have to transfer you because they’re not trained to do cancellations for club4… so now you get to wait an extra 20 minutes. Machines and amenities are good. Gym looks clean. Not overcrowded. Staff and their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The help and seriousness is not there.
