Club 16’s “Join for $0” advertising is completely misleading. You walk in expecting a free signup, only to suddenly hear about activation fees, annual fees, and other hidden charges they conveniently leave out in the ads. When I questioned it, the staff casually said, “That’s how advertising is.” No — advertising should be honest and transparent, not designed to lure people in under false expectations. Best environment with positive energy clean and very roomy gym
The new management has been extremely disappointing. The way members are spoken to feels unwelcoming and disrespectful, which is sad to see at what used to feel like the flagship Club16 location. A little kindness and professionalism would go a long way people are much more receptive when approached respectfully. It’s also very concerning to see the front desk staff being treated poorly. It's an amazing gym, the staff are very helpful and the equipment is clean.
The gym is always clean and the staff are very supportive. It’s been a great place to stay consistent with my fitness goals.
