Literally the best place I've stayed at
Although we were pleased with the property and room itself, I was NOT HAPPY that our room was on the second floor with no elevator access. I’ve recently experienced a knee injury and climbing up and down those stairs everyday was quite painful. Carting luggage up and down stairs just made it that much MORE DIFFICULT. I don’t remember seeing anywhere in the reservation process that I should have requested a first floor room. Great stay at Windham! Very friendly staff. The location was very convenient for us!
This is a timeshare!! I got it via Air BnB so I didn't know that. You can't even get your room key without a super aggressive pitch. Super frustrating. Rooms could use some updating.
