My second time staying here. Facility is clean. Staff is polite. No issues with the rooms either.

Room wasn't ready when we tried to check in. Fortunately an even better room was available to us. Love washer & dryer in room. Location is fantastic. Would like to see bugs under control by hot tub in the evenings. Huge turn off. Upon check out, I asked for a printed receipt. Lady said she'd send it to my email. Still waiting. Checked email & spam mail. Still no receipt. Would've rather left with a print out, text with it. Parking was $40 additional per night, booked on Expedia. We knew this in advance. While checking in with my family during the late evening, one of the older gentleman in the travel leisure sections gave us his sale pitch. Trying to be polite was stayed and listened for a while, bags and suitcases in hand, we were never offered a place to set them down or at least stop at our room. The most egregious part came when walking away I stated that my grandmother is tired and would like to set her things down and the man said, "She looks pretty good to me."
