Upon check in we were not given any information of when check out time is, where to throw trash, or anything. Spencer who checked us in was rude and unprofessional and was making fun of children along with two other employees there a guy and girl. When we walked in the lobby right away the girls to the left rolled their eyes and sent us to the other desks to check in. We had a very enjoyable stay overall and would definitely consider staying here again. (Booked from Airbnb) The location is fantastic, and the staff throughout the resort were friendly and welcoming. One thing we really appreciated was being able to rent an umbrella and two beach chairs for just $10 per day. If you’re traveling with kids, the resort also provides complimentary sand toys, which was a nice bonus.
