waited 15 minutes for an elevator this morning.. most exhilarating experience of my life.
Have been coming here for years. Great laid back location to vacate. The rooms are very nice! This year, the exterior of building in my opinion is much overdue for a face lift. The balconies and hallway floor paint is flaking up in big chunks. The buildings paint is faded and the ocean BLVD signs (which are one of my favorite parts of the view from T4 with the ocean) are starting to show their age and were half lit this time. I was charged $520.20 by this Wyndham property in Myrtle Beach after cancelling my trip due to a death in the family. Their app only showed one reservation, which I cancelled. A second hidden reservation never appeared, yet I was still charged. I emailed the hotel multiple times before my stay and got no response. Wyndham reps told me I would not be charged, but the hotel cancelled my room and resold it while keeping my money — double-profiting at my expense.
