Stayed recently and found the reception staff to be quite rude. Any request or questions I had I was made to feel like I was being an inconvenience to the staff member. In this current day and age with business being so challenging, people need to have pride in there job and go above and beyond with customer service. I know the customer is not always right but this place looks like some of the front of house team have a poor culture which clearly flows from management down.
Poo in pool…… Checked out 2 nights early. Beware do not book this hotel please read reviews. We are frequently travellers all around Australia for work and stay at hotels fortnightly. We have never received such poor customer service. Staff are very rude and confrontational. Even the shift manger was so unprofessional which shows the poor customer service flows from the top down. Well appointed resort with all amenities. Rooms are good size, well maintained and comfortable. Daily happy hour offers good deals. Resort clean and tidy though indoor heated pool and spa area showing age. About 10 to 15 min walk from shops cafes etc. Only real issue is that hot water runs out in evenings.
