Broken elevator left us only with one elevator to access our room: Through the timeshare sales area. What a horrible experience. Pushy sales people were less than accommodating while we tried walking through their area between our room and the extremely small elevator. We were even locked out of their area twice, leaving us with no elevator access. Front desk would not (or “could not”) get us a different room. Wifi stopped working after the first night.
