Went to their sales seminar. A total bait and switch. They try to pressure you into buying a $100,000 timeshare on the spot. The deal is only good for a few hours that you are there. They use lots of emotional manipulation. Then if you say no, they say they want to do a five minute exit survey and try to sell you three more things. Room was in desperate need of an upgrade. Sticky stuff in the carpet and the sofa was awful. Pretty sad when a 15 year old comments on how gross the carpet is. We enjoyed the rest of the resort as usual.
