I’ve lived here for the last 6 months now & moving out this month. From the drug addicts screaming, punching holes in walls, destroying fire exit signs. To a women screaming to be let in at 11:30pm. This place is atrocious. The condo I lived in itself was decent. I did have roaches from time to time. The floorboard in the kitchen isn’t nailed in so if you bump it it falls over. It's all borded up and looks abandoned
Every now and then I'll see a mouse or a roach. Some neighbors are elderly, mental or on drugs. The office is professional. Not the best nor the worst. Close to grocery stores and gas station. Half of the complex is closed due to fire in the past. My landlord actually takes care of any problems in my unit. So my apartment doesn't have roaches.
