Great amenities, very affordable place to live.
I’ve lived here for the last 6 months now & moving out this month. From the drug addicts screaming, punching holes in walls, destroying fire exit signs. To a women screaming to be let in at 11:30pm. This place is atrocious. The condo I lived in itself was decent. I did have roaches from time to time. The floorboard in the kitchen isn’t nailed in so if you bump it it falls over.
