Clean room, very low chemical smell from cleaning (I have accute sensitivity), friendly and helpful staff and easy access to Lee Point and Casuarina reserve. Spotted several bird species from the balcony of our room. Sun shade sail over the pool area much appreciated for our November stay. Excellent food at the restaurant.

My family and I booked 7 rooms at one of our favorite resort hotels last Saturday, October 18, 2025. This resort has always been one of our go-to destinations because of its relaxing atmosphere and warm hospitality. We have stayed here several times before - in fact this was our fourth visit. This resort was one of my favourite resorts to stay in when I needed time away from home. However, during one of my stays here, my family and I were celebrating a birthday together in one room. we were outside just eating, chatting, and playing very LOW music. A staff member had come over in the early afternoon to explain that a neighbour of ours had complained about the music, but the staff member was explained that the volume was actually at a perfect level.
