Would not stay anywhere else in Port Douglas. Perfect central location close to everything! From booking to checking in we were kept informed and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The room was lovely, spacious and clean and tidy. Gisela and Mitchell were so helpful in suggesting places to eat and booking tours for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back.
The location is perfect, being right opposite beautiful parks and sea views. But it’s also right in town and near the shops, supermarket etc. I booked with them directly and was blown away by the customer service. So responsive and personal.
Ends with the good location Broken unusable bathroom basin, dirty underwear found in bedroom, fans & aircon set levels & not able to be adjusted. Very dirty kitchen. Upgraded at the last minute to an apartment with steep steps between living & bedrooms & not warned about them. Strongly advise looking elsewhere.
Really enjoy staying at club tropical resort, the staff are so friendly and the location is amazing , so convenient. The rooms are always really clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend this place
Fantastic location! Can't get much better! We were return guests - staff were very helpful and welcoming. Lovely pool and spa. Will definitely be back!
