We had such a fantastic stay at your incredible resort. The fabulous reception staff and maintenance guys were so accommodating! Special shout out to Mitchell - what a superstar! The location was perfect, the room was brilliant, the grounds amazing and the pool was exceptional - we loved it so much - we look forward to coming back very soon once the renos are done!!! Thank you team once again for a magical stay
Excellent location and reception staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough for you but rooms were very dated. We had a 2 bed as we were travelling with 2 adults 2 kids. While the bed sheets were very clean, the overall feel was not very clean. Bathroom had cockroach bait up by the sink full of insects and main living had filthy tracks for sliding doors and sliding shutters. Daybed/couch didn’t feel clean either. Just an overall uncleanliness about the place.
Top Lage - fast direkt am Strand und am Anfang einer Fussgängerzone. Locker Shopping und Cafe´s ausprobieren runden das Bild ab. Gisela am Empfang hat meinen Tag gerettet ;-)
Club Tropicale was again a fantastic place for a getaway, we love it. The service was great by everyone but a big shout out to Gisella who was extra good. A fantastic place.
Ok for a night but no towels room comfortable helped out as Port Douglas very busy thanks
