Love the new owners. They are honest and never leave you waiting for a bed. If your bed is full they will move you to a higher bed for no cost. Love the way I get treated when I come in. Changes have been made, and it’s only getting better
This place is very honest. Come down and meet the new owners since November 2020. You won’t regret it. Family owned and fun people at the counter. All beds have new lights.
These guys are dishonest and do everything they can to lock you into a contract. 4 years later after I’ve paid my contract balance in full I’m getting collections letters because they failed to cancel my contract after the owner had called me and left me a nasty voicemail threatening sending me to collections. We agreed I’d pay off my balance and he’d cancel my agreement but instead he kept the contract open and sent me a collections bill for $310. I’ve literally used the beds not even 5 times. Did a six-month package, used it because the prices were affordable, it was close to work, and I was just trying to get a quick tan for my wedding. I would have NEVER signed a contract if I knew how terrible the customer service was. The first few months weren’t so bad, the staff they had at the time were pretty nice and seemed to know what they were doing, but the last time I was in, was a complete nightmare. I was very delighted to find a source for Red Light Therapies in a location so close to my house in Mesa. The owner and her team are fabulous with lots of knowlege and helpful hints about how to utilize the Red Light booth for its numerous health benefits. The facility is very clean and there are lots of rooms for different sevices including a Red Light Sauna which I can not wait to try! It's a great shop and I highly recommend it for consideration either in Mesa or at the other location in Tempe.
