I LOVE Club Sweat! The studio is clean, the staff is welcoming and the workouts are AMAZING! Cardio, toning and strength training all wrapped into one fun and challenging workout! I have been going a few times a week since the fall and have lost 10 pounds without changing my diet or making any other lifestyle changes. If you are looking for a positive change Club Sweat is it!
I absolutely love club sweat! The staff is so welcoming and friendly. The workouts are super fun, yet challenging. The instructor’s really help and encourage you too, which I love!
