Been a member at MAA for over a year now. A couple of weeks ago I finally decided to book my first consultation with a trainer, Charif. He gave me a complete and comprehensive workout plan and diet to follow. I’ve been following it since and seen really promising progress. He always stops by to see how I’m doing at the gym and letting me know he’s there if I have any questions. Highly, highly recommend!!!

Avant cela, j’ai toujours pensé que MAA était la meilleure salle de sport de tout Montréal, avec une réception accueillante et des coachs professionnels. Mais aujourd’hui, j’ai rencontré une employée raciste. Elle portait un débardeur de travail MAA, mesurait environ 5’10’’ et avait une queue de cheval blonde. Lorsque je l’ai croisée au troisième étage, elle a d’abord posé son doigt sur le capteur d’empreinte. Je suis donc entrée dans l’ascenseur après elle et j’ai appuyé sur mon étage. I was trying to unlock a new lift and the trainer charaf noticed I was struggling and immediately came over and offered insight and helped me finish the move in a safe manner. It was highly motivational
