I’ve been going to the MAA since I think 2012. I love it there and even after moving off the island I retained my membership. The staff is amazing, and I enjoy the variety of classes. Classes cater to all levels of fitness, and the staff respects all level of fitness. The members become friends and it’s really enjoyable to be there. Excellent gym with an amazing staff and instructors. They offer many classes, best of gym equipments and unmatchable cleanliness. I can't ask for a better gym! Highly recommended!

I’ve been to MAA for a year and cancelled my membership. Pros: 1. huge fancy gym with several floors. I had access to the gym, the pool, the sauna, the cross-fit area, the classes(box, spinning classes…) 2. Not so many people during the weekend or after 8pm - I got sometimes the pool for myself. Cons: 1. Very very expensive (over 250$ a month for me) + extra if you want to use some lockers or use the massage chairs…ect 2. The attitude from the staff (reception or membership staff). The gym charged a 200$ 'cancellation fee' without my authorization. According to the MAA, I was actually getting a discount on the fee, which would normally be 400$? I would expect a 'luxury' gym to have more consumer-friendly policies - or at least, not to insult a customer on their way out: I tried to resolve the issue with the MAA prior to leaving a review, and asked clarification (in good faith, but disputing the amount) about what this fee was for.
