He will go the extra mile to take care of aftermarket issues that are outside of his mandate. Fabrice is also very helpful during and after the water analysis required periodically
Me voilà propriétaire d’un spa Klondiker avec Spa Boy, acheté à Brossard il y a environ 7 mois , et voici mon expérience.(acheté en juin, reçu en Août) J’ai attendu cet hiver pour bien tester le spa. Bien sûr, cela ne fait pas encore un an d’utilisation, donc mon avis pourrait changer avec le temps. Vraiment un très bon SPA Artic SPA et facile d’entretient avec le SPA BOY. Rafik nous a très bien conseillé :) Le service est excellent au Club SPA de Brossard.
Le service à la clientèle et la résolution tant pour la gestion de l’eau et l’aspect technique de l’équipe de Brossard est excellente. Merci Rafik et Fabrice
