Everything was wonderful.
Only because I am used to give 4 stars as maximum, The staff are so professional and friendly, We enjoyed our stay, and wanted to extend for an extra 3 nights, but unfortunately they were fully booked 2 of those. So many facilities so many guest convenience stuff very nice living room with meeting rooms tv and coffee and more
I've stayed at other Club Quarters locations across the country, but this was my first time at the Loop location. I was skeptical based on some of the very low reviews, but found it great for a short stay. Club Quarters in my experience isn't luxurious, but always clean, efficient service, comfortable rooms, and affordable, and this location was all of those. It was surprisingly quiet, and I never waited more than a minute for the elevator, despite it being fairly full. The filtered water was greatly appreciated. Nice luggag... read more
