This Club Piscine is the closest one to me, but I will definitely be shopping elsewhere because of the staff’s behavior. When I visited to ask a simple question, it was around 10:30 a.m., and the staff were eating. They completely ignored me for several minutes. I am very disappointed with my experience with Club Piscine. Last year, I purchased a new pool liner through Alex, who arranged for his installation team to install it. Within two days of the installation, I noticed wrinkles in the liner and reported the issue. An installer came to inspect it and suggested that ants under the pool floor might be the cause. I recently went to Club Piscine on Pierrefonds Boulevard in the West Island because my pool had a green tint and I wasn’t sure what to do. Adamo, one of the sales reps, was incredibly helpful. I showed him pictures of my pool setup, and he took the time to explain exactly what I needed to do step by step.
