Was in search of a replacement pool this year . The team at Club Piscine West Island were very professional with all my questions and made the experience well worth it .
The climate control inside the building is completely broken or horribly mismanaged by the staff. It was uncomfortably hot and stagnant, making the entire visit physically unpleasant from start to finish. People were visibly sweating while simply trying to go about their business. Basic physical comfort should be a given standard, not a luxury that depends on the day of the week.
