My experience with Club Piscine’s pool closing service has been completely unacceptable, and their customer service has been just as disappointing. First, I was never contacted to schedule my pool closing. No call, no email — the workers simply showed up unannounced. A basic courtesy call to schedule should be standard for any service. The people working there are not knowledgeable about the products at all
I walked in on a winter Sunday morning holding pieces of a broken hot tub diverter knob, hoping someone could help me so I could refill my tub. Dominic and Benjamin at the parts counter spent a full half hour helping me track down a true needle-in-a-haystack replacement part — for a hot tub we didn’t even buy from this store.
