If I was able to go lower than 1 star I would. Trying to piece together plumbing for my pool. They have very limited Stock to choose from. I did my best unfortunately it didn’t work. I purchased a value hoping it would fit it did not. I needed to return it, just a simple plastic value not opened still in the bag. I get sent to the back for the store for a signature on the returned part. Why do you let your customer do all the leg work for a small inexpensive value still the the bag unopened. Bought a hot tub from the Ottawa location and it was a great experience. My biggest complaint is I have now had to return my newly purchased replacement filters for my hot tub 4 times. They continue to buy cheaper filters (same cost to the customer) that do not screw into the hot tub properly. Bought new ones last week, installed them and found them floating in the water the next time I opened the hot tub. It will be another 45 minute drive back to the store to argue with the staff about how these filters do not fit the hot ... read more

Don’t do it. The repair and installation department based in Gatineau is deplorable. Despite being weeks behind, they did eventually get my liner installed (looks great), but not without issue. This includes failing to install the new skimmer or making a genuine effort to finish the job. They will try and make the issue between you and the company they have subcontracted the work to and take no ownership after getting your 100% payment in advance. Again, don’t do it.
