Super informative and helpful with my hottub water analysis and chemicals.
Don’t expect a warranty if you buy a hot tub from here! $14k purchase came with faulty light. Told not a priority! That was back early fall! Now mid winter, heard nothing from them. Now reporting them to Jacuzzi. If they won’t honour the warranty they should not have a license to sell the product. UPDATE - got call soon after leaving this review but then nothing!!! still waiting for a warranty appointment. Great all around service with Adam as an awesome sales man and Mike (from parts) as being an incredible human being. Great all around experience buying my tub from Adam with his extensive experience, and Mike's post purchase service was beyond my expectations.. From personally helping my electrician troubleshoot the tub setup to helping me personally with water chemistry, it's been a great experience all around with your location and I'm looking forward to a great relationship.
I bought a hot tub with them this past summer/fall and it was a great experience. Zach was extremely knowledgeable of the different products they sold which made it very easy to pick one to buy. He also described the whole process which went exactly as he described all the way to the delivery of the tub. Went in to do the water test and that process went smoothly as well, got all the chemical products i needed to get it started and running.
