SERVICE REVIEW - We purchased a Jacuzzi hot tub from Club Piscine in June 2024. The sales and installation processes were excellent. The hot tub came with a 3 years parts and service warranty. A $60 travel fee is applicable for calls. However, we recently placed a service call online. You cannot call them directly unfortunately. Their response was a 3 week wait plus a minimum fee of $220.00 plus parts and hourly service required. I would give this business 0 🌟 (Star)if possible. I bought above the ground pool for over $10500 and it came with a LED issue. The pool was supposed to have ambient LED lighting and it never worked from the get go. I have followed the proper channels and Contacted the customer service all the way to the store manager. I have been promised that a technician will come and fix the issue. It's been been over a month and no one has called or showed up to my residence. If I could give zero stars, I would. Purchasing a hot tub from Club Piscine has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Spending thousands of dollars should come with at least basic communication and professionalism. Instead, I encountered confusion, broken promises, and complete disregard for the customer at nearly every step.
