Staff are lovely at the Nepean location and very professional.
We called for a Visscher pavillon spoke to Carley I believe, asked her for her best price since we were shopping by phone , she never called back, we called again she was not there asked for another sales associate we were told we could not talk to another one since we had already spoke to Carley. To this day no reply from her we bought one elsewhere you guys lost a 15k sale
Purhased above ground pool last September for install first week of June. A friend purhased hers in January and her's was installed first week of June, mine is still not installed. I have left several messages on when my install will be and they do not return your calls. Very poor customer service as I am still waiting for install date.
Go nowhere else but this place. They are all knowledgeable staff and getting the pool water checked to their supplies is always a great experience. They all know what they are talking about and recommend things you need and DON'T try to upsell you on pool water supplies.
They don't stand behind their products or installation. Had pump and filter installed July 2024. Had a series of minor leaks last year that I fixed on my own. When opening it this year, the connection tube is spraying everywhere. Called to ask what could be done and was told "someone from the sales team will contact me a quote" . Dan mentioned it's "an easy fix" asked if the company opening the pool was " a real company " and flat out said they don't warranty their work. Equipment has been used less than 7 months.
