I bought a Gazebo from Club Piscine Hunt Club. I dealt with Backyard Consultant Wesley Gregory who was knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I decided to pay to have it installed. That was the best decision I made!!! Four installers came and they were done under 2 hours. They were professional and obviously knew what they were doing. So glad I paid extra for installation. Amazing staff.
The initial purchase of the hot tub was smooth and great service from Zach. Since then over the course of the past year it has been nothing but issues with the tub. The latest issue was the heater has a defect that is causing the breaker to trip so no power to the unit. The owners recently started using a 3rd party warranty claims team out of Quebec and the wait times are ridiculous. If I was able to go lower than 1 star I would. Trying to piece together plumbing for my pool. They have very limited Stock to choose from. I did my best unfortunately it didn’t work. I purchased a value hoping it would fit it did not. I needed to return it, just a simple plastic value not opened still in the bag. I get sent to the back for the store for a signature on the returned part. Why do you let your customer do all the leg work for a small inexpensive value still the the bag unopened.
