Worked with Kimberly after my other 3year old pool,from a different big company, broke to replace it (Thank goodness for insurance). Kimberly was VERY knowledgeable, friendly, and quick. Definitely speak with her when looking for a new pool or replacement. The install crew... AMAZING. I was blown away with the quality of work, professionalism, and the clean up after. As an update: July 13, 2026, we still don't have our telescopic pole, so we went to buy one (we do need to vacuum), they are refusing to reimburse us for the telescopic pole they never provided, we are having difficulties with the starlight system, no one has called us back (although they once again promised to do so), and we asked what we could do as we not satisfied with our ladder and no answer.....next I think this is a great story for CTV. Terrible customer service; nobdy seems to know their job. The manager only got back to us briefly after a complaint to head office. They are dishonest about orders and responsibilities and blame their mistakes on colleagues.
Very impressed! For our recent purchase, we worked primarily with Kimberley Madden - a gem. She was highly professional, knowledgeable, helpful when we needed information, friendly, and just very easy to work with. She made the process so smooth. I'm writing this review to warn consumers - do not buy a pool from Club Piscine Ottawa/Gatineau. Their service after sale is terrible and non-existant. We purchased a pool in February, when we went to Club Piscine in Nepean we were told that they had no one to inform us about pools (I should have ran away at that point - a pool place who can't help you with the purchase of a pool), gave me a business card to call someone in Gatineau, so we did.
