Deb was wonderful and made the experience great. Thank you o
Rosi’s Sunday morning Restore class leaves me feeling refreshed and ready to conquer the week. In addition, I enjoy her Flow classes. Rosi is always encouraging, yet she offers modifications and advancements so that each individual has a customized workout each class. I love the studio, the instructors, and the variety of classes offered at Club Pilates Scottsdale!
Joining this studio has been one of the best things I have done for my physical and mental health. My favorite instructors are Joy and Teresa as they offer the perfect balance of peace and intensity. I leave class feeling challenged yet calm.
I love this studio. The instructions are knowledgeable and friendly. I'm addicted to this practice.
