I absolutely love Club Pilates! I have had a membership with Club Pilates since January this year and there’s nothing I dislike. Every class is different, it is never like you take the same class. All the instructors are amazing, but specifically love Debi Nuefeld.

I loved this studio last year they had good classes and fantastic trainers, since they been bought out by corporate it’s lost that. They lost their 10 best trainers and it’s simply not worth paying $250 a month for classes you can’t even get into too. It’s also impossible for them to cancel your membership they have charged me an additional $500 to my account, I’m over it and hope they can get it together

As a long time member, I am extremely disappointed in the fact that it's becoming almost impossible to get into classes. The wait lists are a mile long and so far the odds haven't been in my favor. I have the unlimited membership, paying over $200/mo and I am not able to get into to many classes at all, as of late. There are a number of people like myself who have full time jobs and can't always plan classes 3 weeks in advance. They never answer the phone quick to charge late fees. Classes are great but customer service needs to improve.
