I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at this studio. As a first-time visitor looking for a Pilates studio close to my workplace, I was initially interested in joining. When I arrived, the studio was closed, so I decided to visit the tanning salon in the same building while I waited. When I returned, I discovered that my car had been blocked in. Stopped by on my trip to LA from NY and used my passport membership to take a 1.5 class with Veniese. Instructor was very enthusiastic and creative with her routine. She was very knowledgeable, explaining the science behind the movement. I’d recommend stopping by on your next visit.
