Booked an intro class on the evening of 4/28. Received 2 texts and a phone call confirming it that evening. Received a voice mail and 2 texts the morning of the class 2 hours before the start time confirming the intro class. Showed up to the class only to be told by the desk that the manager had sent a text canceling the class- not true, I pulled out my phone to show them. Love the classes, love the teachers. One main complaint. We are only given one wipe to very inadequately wipe down our equipment after class. A suggestion box was placed and apparently many felt that one wipe was not enough. Here was the response we were given: “ I also want to address one of the most common concerns: the wipes. I understand that limiting to one wipe can feel frustrating, especially when cleanliness is a top priority for all of us. Obsessed. I knew nothing about Pilates and the progress made in less than a year has completely blown my mind. Convenient and accessible class times for early birds (0530!), instructors are focused on providing modifications while also promoting listening to your body to avoid injury; they are well trained, creative, and I trust them. All my regular instructors - Suzanne, Robin, Bradley, and Wade - are personally invested in your growth. Others are great , too. And the manager, Elsie, knew my name by the second day. Nice space that was convenient but too many rude instructors. The intro class was good so I signed up for a package. The first couple weeks were great but after 3 classes with 2 different instructors I canceled. The rudeness and lack of guidance isn't worth the price tag.

I Made the right decision of joining this very friendly class with a male teacher (Wade). In any event, he was very friendly , patient and very welcoming. He’s super ripped and is very knowledgeable!!I didn’t feel like I was in boot camp and he tells all of us to listen to our body .I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. Very clean and the staff is also so friendly!! All the instructors I’ve ever had have done an amazing job and I def get my moneys worth.
