Horrible experience! Never again! The way business done here isn't about customer. I requested to cancel my membership, but they keep charging me and keep ignoring my emails from the moment they received the payment. Their job is done here. You miss classes for a month. They don't care as long as payment goes. The instructors are great though. Customer service.... robots who only care about their policy.
Jody always gives me a great workout. She often introduces something new and she's always patient. Great instructor!
