After a back injury and subsequent surgery I needed a way to build strength and flexibility without causing injury.My family doctor, who is about my age (69) told me she had started Pilates and thought it would really help me. I laughed out loud. I told her I was too old, too fat and too out of shape for it. I imagined Pilates as something for fit, trim twenty somethings. I joined Club Pilates East Columbus as a founding member with an 8 pack membership- after 4 classes, I upgraded to the unlimited membership! Everyone has been amazing- they truly have the best staff AND members. I am happy to say that I have found a home away from home!

Joining Club Pilates was the best decision I made for myself in 2026. The instructors, staff, and members are amazing—I feel supported and encouraged each class! I value and appreciate this community so much.
