Super friendly and attentive staff. Loved the intro class!
Great classes and a welcoming atmosphere! Dottie has a wonderful sense of humor and makes every class fun while keeping us motivated. I always leave feeling stronger and happier. Highly recommend!
Excellent teacher! Very thorough detailed and good feedback! She always offers options for injuries and skill level, and keeps the class moving a good pace.
Had a fantastic introductory class with Carla and signed up for a membership the next day!
