I love that the classes are always different!
I’ve really enjoyed taking classes at the Canton Club Pilates. Each class is a little different but with the same overall goal to strengthen and lengthen. I also like that the coaches encourage us to make the adjustments we need to meet our bodies where they are from class to class. Great coaches overall!
This was my first full Pilates class and Lynn was amazing! She even took time after class to help me with my technique. Will definitely be back and I would recommend her to anyone interested in Pilates classes
