Great instructors and awesome workouts!!
They trap you into commitment. I’m a traveling medical professional and when I tried to end the contract and sent them my upcoming schedule located over an hour away, the woman insinuated I lied and sent her an appointment I had for myself? Totally ignoring where the documentation stated I’m the one working!! I haven’t felt this insulted in a LONG time!
This is a wonderful way to get your exercise. Low impact and well taught instructors.
Great instructors and staff. Definitely worth the money for a little self care.
