Drove all the way there for them to tell me my appointment was canceled . I was not informed about any 5 min lateness cancellation policy , just disappointed
The staff is really nice and they aren't pushy about getting you to sign up for membership.
I took a class at this location (Brentwood), here is what to expect: the studio is much smaller than the location I usually attend, and the equipment in this studio is much older but didn't have any uncomfortable experience. I was able to take the class comfortably.
