This was my 100th class! She has been encouraging to me from the beginning! Her classes are always fresh and new. I look forward to taking her classes and look for them in the schedule!❤
Loved Jennifer! She was so understanding and an awesome instructor. I also really loved how she did breath work herself as the class progressed. It reminded me to breathe, which i often forget. Awesome!!!!!!
Amanda is the best! She works us hard but keep it fun and very considerate
Lisa is one of my favorite Instructors. Took the 1.5 class with her this morning. Quite a workout. It was great doing new moves and always working our minds while doing them. Thanks Lisa and keep up the great work😊
My new favorite place to hang!
