Went to a mat class here and was super impressed how good the instructors are at correcting form, i felt safe pushing myself but never overwhelmed and the energy in the room was GREAT. everything moves quick but you actually feel it the next day, like in a good way. definitely coming back next week for another session.
Need a little more in your regular exercise routine OR just need to start moving? Club Pilates is the answer. Seems improbable something can meet the needs of both beginners or advanced people but Club Pilates meets the challenge. Just start….. ask questions….. try different classes. Ryan is my favorite teacher because of his detailed instruction, amazing music, and great laugh! No harm in trying…… my guess is Club Pilates (two locations) will help you feel better!!!
Club Pilates has changed my life and I’ve completed over 100 classes since starting. All of the teachers are amazing, kind, empathetic, and so supportive. I look forward to the classes all the time every single week and as someone with chronic health conditions, pilates has helped me with my quality of life. Every single interaction I’ve had with the front desk workers has been super pleasant. I really do enjoy it here. 😊🩷
Newcomer to Pilates and love this studio for its diversity, super flexible schedule and extra friendly staff! Patricia is so welcoming and friendly; I loved her instantly! Great vibe and great workout!
