absolutely loved this place. the instructors actually pay attention to your form and dont just let you flail around which i really appreciated. went for the first time not knowing what to expect and walked out feeling amazing. definitely going back soon to try out a few more classes.
Club Pilates West Little Rock….AWESOME! The instructors are Awesome, the staff is Awesome. The instructors make sure you’re doing it right with gentle guidance. The staff actually notices when you’re gone. It’s like a family. I HATE to workout but can actually say I LOVE Pilates. It’s a workout, but it feels good on my old joints and muscles, AND it’s fun! ! That’s my kind of workout!
Love the WLR location (just haven't tried the others)! Scheduling and getting the slots I need are very easy! The instructors and staff are so friendly and helpful (I'm new to Pilates, so I need all the instruction I can get!) I'm so excited I joined and am already seeing results in my strength and conditioning! Definitely give them a try!
Love Club Pilates West! Great to keep me moving, building a strong core and balance.
