Why did I wait all these years to start doing Pilates!!! Club Pilates Santa Rosa has literally transformed my life. Not only my body but my mental health. I just finished my first 100 clases. I convinced my husband it's not just for women and it's now something we do together many days a week. There are classes and instructors for all levels. I realize it is for all levels, but at least allow those more advanced to up level.
The Santa Rosa CP is absolutely outstanding. I've been taking classes regularly with Shannon, Laurie, and Seven, all of whom are very knowledgeable, and I plan to try the other instructors as soon as my schedule permits.
Best experience so far! Highly recommended great instructors, Shannon is one of the best instructors in my humble opinion.
